These are the characters of the alternate dimension that is ruled by an evil T.U.F.F. The evil T.U.F.F.'s enemies are the noble alternate D.O.O.M. (un-Diabolical Order Of Mayhem) that resists evil T.U.F.F's tyrannical hold on the dimension.
Alternate T.U.F.F.
Alternate Chief: The pint-sized dictator who controls the alternate T.U.F.F. organization and rules his world with an iron fist. He has a very bad temper and is known to lash out at his underlings. He became evil because he was always bullied for his short size when he was young.
Alternate Dudley: He joined alternate T.U.F.F. out of a desire for power and is one of its top enforcers although he does have thoughts of usurping Alternate Chief one day. He is extremely ruthless. He also has a crush on Alternate Kitty.
Alternate Kitty: She is ruthless like Alternate Dudley and are perfect partners with him and is another one of the organization's enforcers. Unlike Dudley, she does not hold thoughts of usurping Alternate Chief.
Alternate Keswick: The evil scientist of T.U.F.F. who designs its weapons. He doesn't stutter but is very forgetful but the one thing he never forgets is his loyalty to T.U.F.F. Is treated like a nerd by everyone.
Alternate T.U.F.F. agents: Various members of the evil organization who have joined either out of a desire for power or their own selfish reasons.
Alternate D.O.O.M.
Alternate Snaptrap: The noble kind and caring leader of D.O.O.M. He started the organization as a result of his disillusionment with T.U.F.F. and wanted everyone to be free from its evil clutches.
Alternate Larry: He was once a normal everyday civilian but his life changed forever when his relatives and loved ones were executed by T.U.F.F. and joined out of vengeance to avenge them.
Alternate Ollie: Snaptrap's second in command that joined mainly because he disliked the way T.U.F.F. treated everyone.
Alternate Francisco: Came from a very poor family whose lives became more miserable under Alternate T.U.F.F's rule and joined because he wanted to help his family
Alternate D.O.O.M. agents: Joined the organization because of a resentment against alternate T.U.F.F., wanting revenge against them, or because they've suffered under their rule and had enough.
