"Lena and Amber! You're gonna be late for the first day of 7th grade!" Gabriella yelled.
"I'll be right down mom!" They yelled from upstairs. She was putting the finishing touches on their hair.
"Mom, why do Lena and Amber take so long doing their hair? I mean they're only going to 7th grade!" 6 Year old Zack said putting his bowl in the dishwasher.
"Because they are girls, Zack." Troy said running down the stairs with the girls following right behind. Lena and Amber were fraternal twins. Lena was a cheerleader with long, straight dark brown hair with blonde highlights, she looked just like Gabriella. Amber was a basketball player with beyond the shoulder length wavy light blonde hair with natural dark blonde highlights highlights. They were both in the same social strata…Popular.
"Junior high wildcats score that point! Make the roof raise off this joint! Dribbling, catching, passing too! Bring the victory to our school" Lena finished her cheer with a smile.
"That was awesome! You are definitely gonna make cheerleading!" Gabriella said as she hugged her.
"I know! Maybe even head cheerleader!" She squealed.
"Oh maybe you'll go out with Martin Andrews!" Amber said sarcastically.
"I know!"
"Oh well to bad I'm asking him out today!" Amber said walking to the door.
"Oh no your not!"
"Oh yes I am! I'm older than so I'm entitled to first dibs boy access!"
"That's not fair! You're only older by five minutes!"
"Yes and so willing to take advantage of that one little fact!" She said walking out the door with Lena following
"Bye!" Troy yelled to his daughters.
"Whatever. Hey well the youngest are the more beautiful!"
"Oh my gosh I can not believe you just said that! Oh bye dad. And mom you better hurry up and come drive us to school before I rip Lena's hair out!" She said warning her mom.
"Don't you just love having twins?" Gabriella said signing Zack's homework.
"Not as much as I love my little Zack!"
"Oh so now your playing favorites! I see how it is dad!" Lena suddenly appeared at the door.
"Lena!"
"Great honey!" She said kissing him on the cheek.
"Bye daddy!" Zack said waving by to his dad.
"Bye Zack, Bye Gabi!" He said sitting at the table
In the car
"Ha-Ha Daddy likes me better!" Zack said sticking his tongue out at Lena and Amber.
"Oh, shut up twerp!" Lena said.
"Mom Lena said Shut up, Twerp!" Zack exclaimed.
"Lena please don't say that and your father loves you all equally!" She said directing her attention first toward Lena and Toward Zack.
"But he said…" Zack said sadly
"It doesn't matter what he said he loves all of his children equally!"
"Mom you passed Zack's school!" Amber said to Gabi.
"Oh Zack I'm sorry!"
"Can I stay home today?" Zack said hopefully.
"Uh…No."
"Aw Man!"
"Mom this is our stop. Stop saying everything I'm Saying. I'm not saying everything your saying! Mom tell her!" Amber and Lena both said at the same time.
"Bye girls!"
"Bye! Hey Stop that!" The said getting out
"He-He They're funny!" Zack said laughing.
"I know!"
She drove Zack to his school and dropped him off. Then she went to work at the Biochemistry lab with Taylor.
