Does anybody see
That when the lights are off something's killing me

Lil sat, looking at a photo album. She staired at the pictures of her and Taylor.
"I guess it wasn't meant to be." She told herself. Lil grabbed the photo of the two of them together. She ripped it in half.

I know it seems like people care
Cause they're always around me
But when the day is done and everybody runs

Lil heard the phone ring. It was Kimi.
"How are you doing?" Kimi asked.
"Better, a lot better" Lil said.
"That's good. Do you wanna go to the mall?" she asked.
"Sure. Met you there!" Lil hung up the phone.

Who will be the one to save me from myself
Who will be the one who's there
And not ashamed to see me crawl
Who's gonna catch me when I fall

When Lil got to the mall, she saw Taylor. He was walking with a girl that she never saw before. Lil's heart sank. Kimi ran over to Lil.
"Isn't that Taylor?" Kimi asked.
"Yeah." She shook her head.
"Then who is that chick?" Kimi wondered.
"I don't know. Probally some freshmen." Lil turned to walk out the door.
"No! You're not going to let that jerk ruin your shopping day." Kimi told her.

When the show is over
And it's empty everywhere
It's hard to face going back alone
So I walk around the city
Anything, anything to clear my head
I've got nowhere to go nowhere but home

Lil wiped a tear from her eye, "Whats the point?"
"The point is, you have to forget about him!" Kimi said.
"But I can't! He was the first guy i actually liked, maybe even loved." Lil told her.
"You have to try." Kimi said.
"No!" Lil ran out the door.

Kimi ran after her. She grabbed her arm.
"What do you want?" Lil asked.
"You need to get back in there! Who cares if Taylor in the too." Kimi said.
"I do! It is just to soon." Lil started to cry again. She sat down on the curb, "It is just to soon."

It may seem I have everything
But everything means nothing
When the ride that you been on
That you're coming off
Leaves you feeling lost

"Lil, I know your not ready to see him with another girl, but..." Kimi said.
"But what?" Lil interrupted her.
"You'll need to be ready someday." Kimi tryed to comfort her.
