Chapter 1: The Meeting and the Greeting
London
Gothic Hollow
On all Hallows Eve, at the chime of mid-night, the figure of a hooded stranger, walked down the deserted, dim-lit street. Upon reaching the end of the old, broken-down street of Gothic Hollow, the stranger stopped and gazed at the looming two-storied building in its path. Unlike the other dark buildings, this one was glowing a strange, bluish-pink light, forming a dome-like barrier around the entire structure. Now normally, a human being would be blind to this sight and only see an old house, that's seen better days, but as you can vary well see, this is no ordinary house or a 'normal' human being. Walking up to the barrier, it touched the glowing yet see-though dome, causing an opening to appear and stepped though, the hole closing soon after. Walking up the narrow path and though the broken-down doorway, the figure vanished into the darkness beyond.

Upon reaching the top of the stairway, the faint sound of crying could be heard. Turning right, the stranger sprinted down the scarcely furnished hallway and stopped in front of two rooms, one of which was glowing the same bluish-pink light as the dome outside. Walking toward the glowing, door-less room slowly, the figure murmured "Oh my god …" and, throwing caution aside, dashed into the now glow-less room, paying little mind to the corpse, of the witch lily Potter lying there; dull green eyes left unblinking. Approaching the normal-sized double bed, the stranger knelt down and, as gently as humanly possible, picked up two small bundles, neatly wrapped in their own blanket; one green, the other blue. Looking down at the bundles, the figure, although you could barely see beyond the darkened hood, smiled softly and vanished in a streak of golden light, seconds before a giant, bearded man with brown hair and black eyes entered…
