Hello readers, this is my first story I've written so please, lets keep the mean comments to ourselves. Anyways I have always loved Neo from RWBY and her past is mystery, at least at this point in time. But some things that are clear to me at least, she is that she is well trained, better than Yang at the minimum, while yes i would say that there was some bad tactics in the way Yang, Weiss, and Blake paired off with their foes, I was thinking there might be something more to it than that. Anyhow i don't want to say much more about that but i will say the pairings i plan to have.
*Clearing throat noise*

But for a rough description, Mint wears a Skin tight Green and Brown jumpsuit. He also wears white armor gauntlets with matching white armor boots. He wears a chronal Accelerator (Like Tracer from Overwatch (owned by Blizzard) does) He has white googles with green lens (Much like Tracer's) And to explain the reason i'm not calling this a RWBY/Overwatch fanfiction is because while the chronal accelerator looks the same as Tracer's has the same intended function (to anchor him in time) it does not allow him to "Blink" or have Superspeed like Tracer does.
His semblance is Time travel but it works more like a "quick save" in a video game, allowing him to rewind time to before he made a potentially fatal mistake and relive that moment (or day) again and try something different. He has trouble controlling the "quick save" use of his semblance and can't more accurately use it til he gets his chronal accelerator, which by the way i will be calling a chronal anchor (partially avoiding copyrights and all of that) and more accurately explaining what it does. Because when he uses his semblance he does enter a different plane of existence and without the anchor it may take days, weeks, months, even years after his targeted moment he was going to before he actually reappears. While i do intend to have him improve his semblance, i intend to only upgrade it by allowing him to open a portal to the past, the portal acting more like a doorway, if you will, to the past. Though it is a door... he can not enter. Does that make sense? Comment if you do or don't get it, if enough people don't then i'll try to explain it again, but i hope most everyone gets it.
And finally his weapon(s?)... I was planing for him to have a mid range rifle (based off the M-99 from Mass effect 3). It fires an elemental round based on what type of ammunition is loaded, Example: Fire dust burns, ice dust freezes, lighting dust electrifies, it can also use bullets (like Ruby's rifle). When he is not using it he stores it much like Ruby stores her gun, across the small of his back. He is also highly trained in hand to hand combat. Combine all of that with his semblance and he is a dangerous foe, since he already knows what you did last time.
