Sweat dribbled down her forehead, eyes wide and arm stretched out towards the sky. It was all she could do to stop her heavy breathing. As she clenched her fist and dropped her arm her jumbled thoughts cluttered her mind. 'This is getting ridiculous,' she uttered to herself. With the release of a heavy sigh she tossed the bed covers aside whilst pushing herself out of bed. This wasn't the first time she'd had the dream. It felt as though each night it was getting more and more intense. What they meant or why she was having them...probably would never know. One thing was for sure though. Her lack of sleep, annoying nightmare and knowing of having to deal with school meant that no one was going to enjoy having her around.
