As I stare out through my cylinder, I see an animal.
He is there whenever I wake up, and each time I feel better and more complete. One day, the liquid drains out, and the glass opens.
I take my first step out and look the hawk eye to eye. He says he created me. He says I'm his test subject. He says…
I later learn that this hawk's name is Rash. Every day, when he awakens me, I comply to his questions and procedures. He made me, and for that, I obey him.
As I continue to do only as he says, Rash tells me that it is not normal for me to do so. He asks if I have any wishes of my own.
I have to think about this. I respond, slightly unsure, that the only thing I want is more information. This seems to be the right thing to say, as every day after he awakens me, he tells me a story before we start on the tests.
Slowly, I learn about me.
Slowly, I learn about him.
I am Shadow the Hedgehog. And yet, I am not Shadow the Hedgehog. He tells me that I am something called a clone - I later am able to tell this means the same thing as a copy. A duplicate. A second.
He tells me that, for some reason, I do not act like the original. I tell him that it makes sense. I am me, and he is him. Even if our names are the same.
He laughs at this, but why it amuses him, I do not know.
Eventually, I ask. He tells me that my original believed you could never be anything but what you were made to be - and I, in saying that, said I was not what I was made to be. I do not understand how this is humorous, but I laugh anyway.
After all, if Rash thinks it is funny, I clearly am just missing the joke.

Days later, I awake… and Rash never comes. I can only watch, unable to move, as my cylinder is moved somewhere else, and I fall asleep again.
Every day, every time, I wake to stare into another me's lifeless eyes in a cylinder opposite from mine. I tell him stories, tales which Rash had once told to me.
I tell him about Shadow, who we both seem to be. I tell him about Rash, who made both of us. And I tell him about a place called Station Square, a city where Rash once lived.
And one day his lifeless eyes open… and they aren't so lifeless anymore.
A human came that day. He came and inspected his cylinder, before running off excitedly. I have never seen a human before, and I never do again.
--
Every day, when I awake, I tell the other me stories. And every day, as he sleeps soundly, he seems a bit more alive.
Eventually, I run out of stories.
I told him everything Rash and told me, as well as everything the two of us had done - and yet, I still don't have enough tales to pass the time with.
So I begin thinking of what to do.
I decide that, knowing enough about the outside world, I can make up stories to tell him. And so I start, visions filling my mind.
I tell him about an amnesiac and a childish robot.
I tell him about a cat who's coat is made of fire.
And every day, as I tell him these stories, they become more vivid in my mind. And so I continue, beginning to tell him about things I don't know anything about.
A story where a little girl goes crazy and kills people.
A story where a blue hawk is turned into an alien against his will.
And yet somehow, these visions get clearer and clearer as I sleep.
And sometimes, I wonder it they couldn't quite be real…

This is, again, a one-shot about one of my RP characters. It's a first-person view into the life of one of Rash's first creations, a clone of Shadow the Hedgehog. Naturally, the stories he 'makes up' at the end are al events in the RP… or, in my character one-shots about the RP.
As I'll say at the end of all of these - since it's just a way to record my thoughts, I don't really care if you don't review, so you don't have to bother. However, should anyone who likes it take the time to do so, it will no doubt be appreciated.
