Bella's father has just died. Her mother, Renee, has engaged her to rich tycoon Jacob. Bella however, is in love with the stable boy, Edward. And it also happens, that Bella's little sister Renesme, is also in love with Jacob. Love triangle, a bit OOC.

Hey Everyone! =] This is my second story, Duperie. It's a complicated love triangle, but I think this will turn out a good story. This is a bit OOC, and just to be clear, Bella's little sister is Renesme. Bella's "best friend'' is Tanya, but Tanya is also the housekeeper/maid. Bella's best friend in public is Leah.

"HOW COULD YOU MOTHER!? HOW COULD YOU!" I shouted at my mother, Renee. What a ridiculous person she was. Father had just died, just a week ago, and already my mother had me engaged to someone.

"Calm down Bella. God, you can be such a bitch sometimes." Renee said coldly. "Besides, hes handsome, if that's what your worried about, and he's rich, which is EXACTLY what this family needs."

I ignored her, and headed up to my room, passing the housekeeper Tanya. Once in my room, I realized what I need. A fix of Edward, that was it. I took a nap, until it was late enough at night for me to visit him.

(20 minutes later)

I was where I wanted to be, forever. Tangled up in a mound of hay, with my Edward.

"Bella..." He started. "You need to run away. I want to be with you forever."

This was complicated, since I was engaged to Jacob.

"But Edward...I'm engaged to Jacob." I whispered. He sighed, pushed me away, and ran back into the stables, after pulling his pants up of course.

"Edward!" I called. He didn't turn around.
