Author's Note: Let's assume that Rose had left a video for the Doctor as a farewell

Author's Note: What if Rose had left a goodbye video to the Doctor? And I do not own Doctor Who.

The Doctor had just caught Rose talking to the TARDIS in a hushed tone. He wondered what they were chatting about. He decided to sneak up on Rose and the TARDIS. But Rose had heard him coming; his sneakers made a squeaky noise with each step. He had managed to hear, "Don't show it to him until it's time."

"Don't show me what?" asked the Doctor.

"Aren't you nosy? None of your business," replied Rose.

He just stared at her suspiciously but he knew that she would not tell him, no matter how much he pried.

Rose was gone. He could not believe it. The Doctor would never see the sunshine of his life. He had not felt this lonely in a long time. She had promised him forever. Now, all he had once again was the TARDIS.

Although, he had met someone who could have been a good companion, and a good friend. A feisty redhead named Donna. He had invited her to stay but she had declined.

He was thinking about this when the TARDIS made this gurgling noise.

"What's wrong with you girl?"

When he finished saying this, Rose came up on a holographic screen.

What? This can't be the Doctor thought.

Of course, it wasn't what he thought. But it was the closest to seeing Rose he would have.

He just stared at her, mesmerized once again by her beauty.

Rose then started to speak.

"Is this on? Oh, it's recording already? Well, Doctor this is for you. This is in case anything happens to me. Well, I want you to know how much I enjoyed our time together. We were the stuff of legend." Rose then smiles, and the Doctor can't help but smile along with her.

"I want you to be happy. Find someone else to travel with. I won't mind. I don't want you to be lonely. And just in case, I don't get the chance to say it, I love you." Her eyes sparkled as she said those three words.

After that, Rose was gone.

The Doctor stared at the place where she was. He still was smiling. The Doctor knew better than to Never say never. There might be a chance that their paths could cross no matter how unlikely it might be. As he was thinking that, The Doctor remembered the day he had caught Rose talking to the TARDIS.

"So that's what you two were up to," he said.

The TARDIS just made another lurching sound.

"My clever girls," he said, and with that, he went back to flicking switches and deciding where he would go next.
