Their first kiss
Ron and Hermione
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Dean and Neville were the only ones left in the Gryffindor common room because everyone else was still in the great hall for dinner. They finished quickly because they wonted to finish their wizard's chess tournament, so far Ron had bet everyone except Hermione. Ron and Hermione were about to start play when Ron mad one of the best mistakes of his life.
Ron leaned over the chess bored and whispered in Hermione's ear "don't worry mione, I promise I won't embarrass you to much in front of everybody".
"WHAT!" Hermione shouted standing up and knocking the chess bored onto the floor making everybody jump. She ran up the stairs to her dorm room in sobs, and then there was a slam.
"Ron" Ginny hissed "what did you say to her?, your such a git sometimes" she said punching his left arm as she stood up. "I'll go see he-".
"No" Ron said rubbing his left arm in pain "I'll go I created this mess ill fix it" he said running up the stairs.
Harry, Ginny, Dean and Neville sat back down and started to play again.
Ron got to Hermione's dorm room door ad knocked on it. He heard sob coming form inside then hared a quite choked up voice say.
"Who is it" Hermione said.
"It's me" Ron replied.
"GO Away Ron"
"No, Hermione I'm sorry I didn't think" there was a pause "Please just open up, I can't talk to a door all night"
"I said NO Ron" she hissed "you always put your foot in your mouth" Hermione said sobbing again.
"I'm Sorry, Just please open up" Ron said again
Hermione opened the door and shouted "Can't you just be nice to me for five minuets" she said pushing past him to get back down to the common room "you don't care about anything but yourself" she finished.
Ron ran down the stairs after her and when he got there Hermione was standing with her back to him, by the fireplace.
Harry, Ginny, Dean and Neville were looking to and from Ron and Hermione. They all look practically interested in this fight unlike the other fight they had this one look as if it was heading somewhere.
"Mione, I do care" Ron finally said.
"No you don't" Hermione said walking by him to get back to her room but Ron grabbed her hand. Hermione still didn't look back.
"I care" he said again, pulling her back to face him. They were inches apart when he finished by saying "about you" then he kissed her hard on the lips. There were gasps coming from behind them.
They broke apart but didn't lose eye contact. Hermione broke the brief silence by saying "you shouldn't have done that".
Still looking deep into each others eyes "I wanted to" Ron replied.
"Yeah" Hermione said in a soft quite voice. Then she flung her armed around Ron's neck and kissed him soft and gentle this time.
They didn't break apart until the sound of applause was coming from behind them. "Finally" Harry, Ginny, Dean and Neville said in unison, at that point Ron and Hermione went red in the face.
"So does this mean my two best friends are finally together?" Harry said.
Ron looked at Hermione and said "yeah I think it does" she nodded and smiled back.
