Gone Forever

Just the other day,

She found her lover.

She's probably too late,

To say "Be mine forever"

In front of his tomb,

She stood.

Of all people

Why he chose the path of doom?

He has left her nothing

Not even a shadow.

She shouted for his name,

Out of pain and sorrow.

She wanted

To tell him "I love you."

To feel his warm breath

For one last time.

But nothing changes the past,

Moving on is a must.

"Get over it." she was told

"You're only 30 years old!"

Yet day by day,

She sat by his grave,

Hoping one day,

They'll meet again.

Mabye by that way,'

It'll ease her dying soul in pain.
