George walked in the shop he once owned with his twin brother, Fred. Harry Potter had killed Voldemort once and for all, but there were loses along the way. Colin Creevey, the fun spirited boy who was Harry Potter's number one fan. Nymphadora Tonks, the beautiful metamorphmagus, who was as fun as her wild hair. Her husband, Remus Lupin, who had taught George in his 5th year. He was the best teacher they ever had no matter what he turned into every full moon. And then… There was his twin brother Fred. George felt dead himself every time he realized his twin brother was never going to be there again. He would no longer laugh at Fred's jokes, no longer listen to him say "I'm the better looking twin." No longer would he feel so close to another human being.
George walked up to the flat above the joke shop. Tears streamed down his face when he saw a second bed there. The bed that had once been Fred's. It has been five days since the battle at Hogwarts. George hasn't talked to anyone for the last four days.
George sat on what used to be Fred's bed, and cried. He didn't feel ashamed at all either. He sat there weeping, thinking of his brother. Then there was a noise down stairs.
George slowly walked down the steps to the shop. Out of habit, George pulled out his wand.
"Who's there?" George asked, and surprised to hear how horse his voice was.
"George put your wand away! It's just me!"
"Harry? What are you doing here?" George asked.
"Checking on you of course!" Harry said.
"I don't need to be checked on." George replied.
"Yes you do."
George rolled his eyes. Then he realized Harry wasn't alone. He saw a small infant wrapped in blankets, laying in Harry's arms.
"Who is that?" George asked.
"Teddy." Harry replied
"Teddy Lupin?"
Harry rolled his eyes this time. "How many other baby Teddy's do you know?"
George ignored him and walked over to Harry, and peered through the blankets.
The baby was rather cute, and the first time in a long time, George felt himself smile.
"Who does he live with now?" George asked.
"His grandmother." Harry replied sadly.
George nodded. He felt that's all he could do.
There was a long silence between the two, and finally Harry spoke. "I'm sorry George. I really truly am. I know how close you were to Fred.
Once again George just nodded.
"I heard you haven't left the flat and shop for four days, and that's not healthy. Lets go take a walk." Harry said.
George sighed. "Okay." He said after thinking about it.
George for the first time in four days, stepped outside. He blinked at the bright sun.
"Follow me." Harry said.
George followed, without questioning where they were going. Their walk was quiet for a long while, until Harry spoke at last. "Your mums worried about you. The whole family is. Ron, Ginny, your father. I've stayed in contact with them because of Ron and Ginny. But I haven't seen you since the battle ended." Harry said.
"Well I've been here." George said flatly.
"Alright let's just avapporate
