Ginny Weasley hates pink (something she tries to tell people all the time, but they just refuse to listen).
Admittedly, she does wear the light pink sweater her mother makes her every Christmas, but that's only because Mrs. Weasley's feelings would get hurt if Ginny didn't wear them.
Well…that, and Ginny never handled tears well.
But that doesn't mean she can't hate pink.
Which she does, with a burning, fiery passion (much like her temper).
To prove this fact, she dresses Lily in green whenever possible.
Why green?
Because anything is better than pink (even if it is a Slytherin color).
