Alright, I wrote this up this morning...Because it was kind of inspired by a dream I just had. :) Anyway, not my best story, seriously. I guess it's a one shot because I wouldn't really know how to continue it, but if you really want I can expand. Idk. But uh, I haven't played the Episodes On Demand episode yet, but I read about this event that happens in it on the Facebook page, so if you don't want to know it yet, don't read this. It's nothing huge. It's like the first sentence of this story. But anyway, my exam week in school is over so I can finally resume my usual writing pace. I did pretty good on them too, except Biology, but honestly why would I even need that subject to be a writer? I've always hated Bio/Science. So sorry for ranting here, please review and make me feel 3471032984 x better. Thanks(:

TIAIL. That's what the message from his girlfriend Minka said. Love. That was it, that's what Mal Fallon was feeling. And if he figured out he was in love, he should tell her, right?

But what if he wasn't in love with his girlfriend?

Mal Fallon full out sprinted to the SFPD precinct from his house and burst through the doors. Every head turned to him, stopping what they were doing. Scanning the room, he saw her front and center. Right in front of everyone…all the better.

He ran to her, picked her up, and spun her around. She had dropped her papers. Mal grabbed her face roughly and kissed her, as he'd dreamed of doing so many times.

Not long after, her hands were behind his head, and she was kissing him back.

When they finally separated, every eye was on them, but they were only looking at each other. Mal looked at her. Her eyes were closed and she had a dreamy look on her face. A small smile decorated her beautiful features. Her lips parted and she whispered,

"Mal."

He hugged her and she buried her face in his shoulder as he replied, "Nat."

She pulled away and looked at him. "Mal, I think I'm in love."

Mal Fallon opened his eyes and looked around. He was in his same old bedroom, in his same old apartment. He wasn't at the SFPD and he wasn't kissing a Natara that loved him back. He re-read the message from his girlfriend.

"TIAIL."

"I think I'm in love too, Minka," he whispered to no one in particular. "Tell me, what do you do when they don't love you in return?"
