It's not very scary to wake up with no idea who you are.

He found that out when he awoke in a cool room, his abdomen strangely numb and stiff. He could feel the soft soothing touch of silk over his body, and the cool breeze ruffling his hair gently.

He had opened his ice blue eyes to look around, to see what he felt. The silk sheets were ivory, and the curtains that danced gracefully in the wind of the partially opened window were blue, with delicate patterns along the bottom. The walls were covered with different paintings of winter, and he smiled at how calming it was, before closing his eyes again.

He had awoke again, listening to the melodies of a soft son hummed by a low soothing voice. It was obviously from a male.. He turned his head to look at this person and was met with the sight of a giant...thing. No, it wasn't a thing... it was a giant rabbit, with grey and blue fur, and tribal markings. Green eyes looked down at his chest. He blinked when he felt the warm pad of a paw caressing his hand gently as it was held.

The rabbit looked up to his face, and it look like someone slapped him with the happy stick. "Jack...!" Who was to rabbit talking to?

The rabbit stood and ran off to find someone, and in that time, he had realized that he was Jack. Yeah, Jack sounded good. Jack, happy with his new name, moved, doing his best to sit up, and looked around. He had managed to prop himself up on the pillows he had, though his chest still felt numb and stiff.

Jack smiled pleasantly. It was so peaceful. He looked over to the door as it opened, a furry creature-not the one from before- leading a large, round bellied man, what looked like a giant hummingbird a small round golden man, and the rabbit back in.

Cries of relief and joy greeted him, and he just smiled in a confused way, not hugging back with his whole heart. His smile was empty, his eyes portraying his confusion, though no-one noticed.

"Excuse me?" He smiled politely at the people in the room. "Uh... who are you guys?"
