Always Safe - Logan is attacked on his way to his boyfriend, James', house.

He looked around, frantic for an escape route. Seeing none, he prayed he would get away without losing his life. He closed his eyes as a figure approached him. A minute later the stranger was upon him.

He opened his eyes and prepared to fight for his life. The stranger lunged toward him and a fight ensued. He brought his fist back and punched the stranger in the face. The man yelped with pain and in retaliation the man started beating the teen mercilessly. The teen tried to fight back, but the man was too strong. He got in a punch and heard a crack as he broke his attacker's nose. This pissed off the man and before the teen could do anything, the man forced him to the cold concrete of the alley.

The minutes later, but to the teen it seemed like hours, the man left him beaten and bloody on the concrete.

He curled up hoping to ease the pain. He closed his eyes praying his friends, or better yet, his boyfriend found him. He was exhausted. Just as he was close to passing out, he heard voices calling his name.

"Logan!" "Logan?"

But the voice that stood out was that belonging to his boyfriend. His voice held a tone of fear and worry.

"Logan! Please answer me!"

All Logan was able to do was whimper and he sounded pathetic, even to his own ears. He tried again and this time was able to get out "James."

He figured it was enough cause the next thing he knew he was being lifted into the lap of his boyfriend. James ran his hand through Logan's blood matted hair and held Logan's hand.

"Babe, what happened?" James asked with worry.

Logan took a deep breath and began, "I was walking to your apartment when I looked and saw this guy following me. I made the stupid choice and ran. He chased me into this alley. I put up a fight, I broke his nose and gave him a black eye, but he was stronger. He beat me up and, well, here we are. James, I was so scared. I was scared you wouldn't find me." He started to tear up.

James, along with their friends, Carlos and Kendall, looked furious. Logan buried his head in James' shoulder. James pulled him into a hug and kissed the top of his head.

James whispered, "It's okay. I'm here and no one is going to hurt you again. I promise and if they do, well, they'll have me to deal with."

Logan looked up at him and smiled, "Thanks Babe, I love you."

"I love you too," James said and pulled Logan into a kiss.

Right then Logan knew he was going to be always safe.

Okay, so this was something that just randomly came to me while I was on vacation. I was stuck in the car for six hours and I wrote this on my iPod. I hope it wasn't too bad. Press that button down there that says "Review" gracias.
