Ed walked out of colonel Mustang's office. He had been flirting with his superior officer for a long time now. Always small things, flowers, chocolate, coming into his office without even remembering to make a fake excuse…
He would come to Roy's office just to stare at his face: pale completion and deep dark eyes.
Ed wore an expressionless face as he went off to find the others. Ed had made dinner plans with Riza and Havoc at a restaurant near central head courters.
When Ed got there Jean and Riza were already waiting at the table. Jean took the cigarette out of his mouth.
"Did the colonel bastard still not figure it out?"
"Aww, come here Ed!" Riza said to full metal. He lost his composure tears poured down his cheeks as he collapsed into Riza's open arms.
"I know...I know I don't deserve his love... I just. I don't...I just..." Ed said between sobs.
Havoc placed his hand on Ed's back,
"Shhh... It ok! There is no way he does not want you. You know that...you're just his type."
"Havoc...what you mean by that?" Riza and Jean started to giggle uncontrollably.
"Oh I think you can figure it out. All three of us, Olivier, all of us have in common..."
There was a short pause before-
"We're all blondes!" Riza yelled at the top of her lungs unable to take the suspense any more.
The restaurant went silent. Everyone stared at Riza as she quickly covered her mouth with her hands and slouched down. Ed and Havoc's obscene laughter broke the unbearable silence of the restaurant.
"That's it I'm going after him! No more waiting for him to make a move!"
At this point Ed is standing on his chair. Riza and Jean's were looking up at him eyes wide and jaw to the floor.
Ed was confused until he heard someone clear their thought
"Full metal I...I was just looking for you. Will you go for a walk with me...alone?"
Jean and Riza looked at each other trembling trying to hold in their laughter.
"Come on, Ed" Roy held out his hand and helped Ed down off his chair.
Roy held out his hand to help Ed off of his chair.
