His warning was not heeded

You were confident that you would win

As you returned Yami Malik's evil grin

You knew the risk you took

Yami Malik's taunting like a hook

The duel started

As the real world parted

Many cards were lost

And for that, the owners paid a deadly cost

Eyes, nose, ears, mouth

Now a new monster comes about

. . . And so it began

Yami Malik's Life Points you were deducting

His courage, you thought, you were abducting

Yami Malik placed God Card Ra on the field

You knew your defenses would not yield

The real Malik (inside) was losing, too

Soon, he'd lose like you

. . . And you lost

As your Life Points diminished

You knew you were finished

You picked up your deck, knowing your fate

As you looked onto the dark gate

Yami Malik watched you, his gaze heartless

You turned and said your last words, "I am the darkness."

. . . And you vanished forever

So, that was the thought in everyone's mind

Oh, how it started with just a little lie!

Though they will eventually find

That you are not gone, stealer of the Eye

Nor were you in the start

When you trapped Bakura in Change of Heart

. . . And so it was

What about Malik?

He vanished, as well

He might go to Heaven

He might go to Hell

Maybe he'll return, like his so-called friend

Maybe his life will be put to an end

. . . And that's no lie
