I ran into an ally way, and then looked into the street. I could see a blur; it looked to be the shape of a large frog. 'It' howled, then sniffed the air. It turned my way, and I froze my moments. It howled again, the started to walk my way. I ran back into the street, trying to get away. My legs felt like bricks, and my chest burned. I made the mistake of looking back, and I tripped. I tried to get up, but my ankle had been sprained badly.
I squinted at the creature. I could see it clearly now. It had a large mask, and a green body. Its eyes were black, with yellow irises. I was too frightened to scream, and I tried desperately to get away, but my ankle stung every time I tried to stand. The monster's hand rose into the air, and I knew it was the end for me. I hung my head and silently prayed to god, hoping I would be accepted into heaven. The arm fell down and I expected to die.
"Santen Kisshun!"
A flash of orange appeared in front of me, I looked up to see a girl with long orange hair. She was in a grey skirt, and a yellow sweater. It was obvious she was in high school, but what was the orange shield in front of her? It looked to be that she had put up the shield herself, because her arms were extended outwards as if she was holding up the shield.
I gaped at her. "Are you okay? Your ankle seems to be hurt." She looked worriedly at me. I was surprised. "M-me? What about you? That monster is going to kill you! Run away!" The girl looked at the monster.
"Oh he's no big deal. I'll take care of him." She said it so calmly. I looked at her like she was crazy. She turned back at the monster.
"Tsubaki!" She said, and a small fairy-like creature came from her hairpin. "Koten Zanshun!" The fairy charged at the monster, and sliced him in half. The monster dissolved, and her shield went down. She ran over to me. I looked at her, wide-eyed.
"How did you…" She sat down next to me, and then looked at my chest.
"You aren't a soul…" She said, looking at me worriedly. "Why was that hollow after you?" Her eyes questioned me. "What's your name?" She asked.
"Tsuyoihana Nanbāwangādo." I said.
The girl smiled. "I'm Orihime Inoue. Nice to meet you."
"Orihime!" A voice called from behind me. I looked to where the voice had come from. Another high schooler, he had black hair and glasses. In his hand was a bow of sorts, but it was glowing blue.
"Uryuu!" Orihime said to the man.
He walked over to her, "Is everything alright?" He asked. "I felt your spiritual pressure go up, what happened?" He looked to me.
"Oh, it was just a hollow. I dealt with it though." She smiled, and then looked at me again. "Tsuyoihana, did you see that monster that attacked you?"
I nodded. "It was just a blur at first, then I could see it more clearly the closer I got." Uryuu closed his eyes and thought for a moment
"Your spirit energy definitely is high, we probably need to see if you can see soul reapers…" As he said it, I saw two people in black kimonos land next to Orihime. One had black hair and another had orange. Both had swords. "Right on time." Uryuu said. "Tsuyoihana, was it? Can you see these two?"
I nodded, "Why wouldn't I be able to?" The two people in kimonos looked at each other. The girl
