Ginny sat in class doodling on her parchment. She had finished all of her work and she had nothing left to do, but draw or stare into space.

Then her thoughts drifted off to Harry. She loved him so much it was painful. He had already graduated last year and, in the summer, was working for a young wizarding and witches group. Their main goal was to keep them out and away from the dark arts during the summer. She, obviously, belonged to that group.

Last summer was the greatest. They did the best things. They took trips, had parties, and all of that good stuff.

Last week she was convinced Harry liked her liked her, but after their last owl, she wasn't so sure. She explained how she felt about him to him, but used the tired old "my friend" routine. Maby the whole dropping hints didn't register and he acctually thought that she meant a friend. Either way, she would never know. But how would it work anyway? There were a number of reasons that would work against them.

First, his and her age. She was a minor, and he was an adult.

Reason two, how would her parents feel about her dating an adult who was her older brother's friend?

No, this wouldn't work at all. She finished the thought just as Professor Snape took five points away from Gryffindor for being unattentive.
