A/N: This is my first attempt at poetry but it suddenly popped into my head and I had to write it! No1 is mentioned altho I thot it wos a good poem to Harry from 1 of his parents but u can make it 2 whoever from whoever. Enjoy! :)

As I sit and look down on you
I know you'll be alright
In your life you've so much to do
I wish I could be in your sight
Maybe it was fate or maybe chance
That took me away that day
I wish your luck I could enhance
Or help you in some way
I know that you will do just great
You've already done so well
If given the chance I wouldn't hesitate
But on your loss I shouldn't dwell
You must live on your own
Just you, my only son.
