Crap this is really short and probably not very good but I felt like I needed to post something. I have no idea what to do with my other stories 'A Promise Made' and ' A Promise Kept'.

Anyway, I am almost ashamed of how short this is. It really has no point to it. But hopefully someone sees something in it and likes it.

Disclaimer- I own nothing. If I did I would have to have way better skill then I have shown in this.

Enjoy if you can.

The last of the Flying Graysons was used to people staring at him. People have been staring for years ever since billionaire playboy Bruce Wayne took him in and he suddenly became famous. He was practically some kind of idol to some people, just because he was the heir to Wayne Enterprise's and the so-called 'Prince of Gotham'. But quite frankly he didn't want to be seen as too good for anyone simply because his legal guardian just so happened to be rich and famous. He really just wanted to fit in with everyone else. He absolutely despised the special attention and treatment so many people gave him. Not only that, but his 'superior social status' also prevented him from finding more than just a few real friends who didn't just want to be his 'friend' just for his money.

But not only had he gotten famous as Richard Grayson, the ward of Bruce Wayne, but also as Robin, the Boy Wonder, partner of Batman, Gotham City's very own superhero. Of course nobody knew this –not that they knew of- other than their trusted long-term butler, Alfred Pennyworth, a handful of fellow heroes from the Justice League, possibly a few villain, and maybe a few others. Then, of course, there was always the off chance that there were others that they were not aware of. Okay, so maybe there were more people knowing their secrets than Bruce would've liked, but there wasn't really much they could do about it.

And that would be another reason why he had such few friends. It was always a hazard that someone would find out who he really was and would completely blow his secret identity. Not to mention all of the reporters and such that Bruce's fame brought. They were always there. And despite how oblivious most people could be, someone could end up putting the pieces together. And then just like that, the fact that Bruce Wayne was Batman and Richard Grayson was Robin would be out in the open and everyone would know. All in all it would be disastrous, heavy on the dis.

Now, though, he has some new friends, five of them, but it is ironic. They know Robin, work with him, kick butt with him, but they don't know who he is behind the mask. Basically the complete opposite of his other friends.

He wish he didn't have to lie to people, but he knew it was best for everyone.

Yes, I know that was crap. I am extremely sorry!

But if you liked it at all please tell me so. If not, tell me so too! I would really appreciate everyone's opinions!

Well thanks for putting up with my crap. I really hope I can get new chapters for my stories up soon but I am going to lose this laptop soon as its not even mine, its actually my school's and school is over in a week so...

Hopefully I can get my hands on my Dad's laptop or better yet finally get mine fixed.

But until then I will work on continuing my other stories and writing other actually long ones.

Thanks! Review if you could! It really helps to inspire me to write more stories.
