Title: Alone, With You
Genre: Romance, Angst
Summary: On Time Stands Still where it ends with Toby and Emma hugging, I believe there was a little more to the ending.

Crouched down on a rooftop
In my mother's high-heeled shoes
I'm wondering if I will drop
Fly away with you

Emma Nelson didn't know where her feet were leading her. She felt so alone, so cold, and so numb. After hugging Toby and being surrounded by people who looked at her like she was porcelain, she couldn't take it; so she bolted. She found herself in a lonely park that was once filled with happy memories. Strange enough a soft smile tugged at her lips despite the horror that this day brought to her.

I can smell the rain coming
But I won't leave until it falls
I'm gonna soak in its downpour
Til I hear my mother's calls

Sean Cameron.

She remembered a time when everything felt like heaven. When they were one.

Cause I am playing God
I am raising hell
As far as I can tell
I am all alone
Alone in this world
Alone, with you

"Em."

Emma turned around and sea green met brown.

There arms found each other and once again everything was right in the world.

"I could of lost you…" Sean choked out as small tears flowed out of his eyes.

Emma shook her head and stroked his face ever so lovingly.

"No Sean, I could of lost you."

I carry Spring rain in my hair
Weighted sorrow in perfect clouds
Bursting in the air
Wash away and drown

No other words were needed because their lips met. Their kisses were feverish, desperate, rough, full of passion; all that mattered was that they were together.

I am playing God
I am raising hell
As far as I can tell
I am all alone
Alone in this world
Alone, with you

Emma pulled away and caressed Sean's face.

"Tonight, show me paradise, show me that I'm not alone."

Their lips met again and hands roamed, touching never ceasing. I'd been almost a year since they had touched each other. Exploration was needed and so was being reacquainted. As they drowned in each other's kisses, clothes found their way to the ground and ecstasy was soon fulfilled.

The roof slips beneath my feet
As the branches back away from me
The softest grass turns to concrete
But I will fly
I will fly
You will see

"Em?" Sean whispered.

Emma breathed, trying to catch her breath.

"Yes?"

"As long as I'm here, you'll never be alone. "

Emma smiled lightly and put her head on his shoulder, drinking in all this wonderful feeling. Tomorrow they had to go back to pretending, pretending that they didn't care. Most importantly, they had to go on pretending they didn't love.

Cause I am playing God
I am raising hell
As far as I can tell
I am all alone
Alone in this world
Alone

They lay tired in each other's arms, amidst the cool wet grass and the lonely swings. Moonlight shone on their faces and for just a moment in that day, it was paradise.

Alone, with you.
