madi's P.O.V
It was a sunny afternoon in manhattan or new york whatever you wanna call it. It was pretty peaceful me, my two besties shadow (My crush that I only admitted to nico and son of ares but doesn't act like it), and nico, my big brother percy (same father different mom), annabeth, and grover. It was supposed to be a nice evening with pizza, and a trip around new york (Directed by me, shadow, and percy) But, NO! a weird sparkly hellhound appeared out of nowhere. "What in bloody hades Is that thing?!" Nico said pointing to ths sparkly version of the hellhound. I chuckled as I got my music player out and transformed it into a sword, shadow's nunchucks revaled their two blades covered in acid that was immuen to him and the people he trusted, nico had his sword, percy had his sword, annabeth with her dagger, and grover with his panpipes. we all fought that sparkly hellhound. it was at the edge of the cliff and I was just hungry for pizza so without thinking (I'm not athena ok!) I jumped on the sparkly hellhound and made it fall off the cliff with me on it. While free falling I saw shadow's face. He was probaly in shock of what I had just done. I muttered one last word before blacking out. "help" then I blacked out
Shadow's P.O.V
Today was supposed to be a normal day! pizza and a tour around new york That's all! but no! a sparkly hellhound had to interuppet the day. I found myself in shock seeing madi fall off that cliff with the hellhound.
