Summary: So this is a totally little AU story that popped into my head and I couldn't get rid of it so yeah. Here you go please enjoy, reviews are appreciated.

Jemma walked into her apartment, it had been a long day and she was glad to be home. Hanging her coat and bag on the hook getting ready to settle in for the night when a noise caught her attention; pulling out her service weapon from another hanging bag, she quietly released the safety and stepped around the corner, raising her arms weapon in hand towards the noise and her intruder. She stopped in her tracks as soon as she saw who her unexpected visitor was.

"Did you think I wouldn't find out?" He walked to the fridge and opened it pulling out a bottle as he begins to speak again, watching from the corner of his eye as she lowered her gun, reengaging the safety. "Sriracha, beer, that's all; what kind of diet is that?"

"Well I also have tea. And if my diet is such a concern then perhaps dead drops shouldn't involve fast food." She said with a smile as she watched him fiddle in her kitchen as he closed the fridge.

"We'll revisit that protocol. I picked up some groceries. Steak, grass fed, fingerling potatoes, kale, organic. It's basic, but I do good basic. While I cook, you debrief."

Watching Phil as he undid the cuffs on his sleeves and beginning to roll them up; his comment about debriefing made her hold her breath and start to moisten between her thighs. It had been weeks since they has last seen each other, the last few drops had been with May; and while she had grown fond of the senior agent nothing compared to the man now starting to cook in her kitchen. Gaining her composure she began talking as she walked over to where he stood. When she was right behind him she wrapped her arms under his and around his waist.

"I've missed you."

"Ah Jemma." He said as he turned in her arms and wrapped her in his. He brought his right hand up and cupped her cheek before leaning down to capture her mouth in a soft kiss. "I missed you too."

Her shy smile tugged at his heart as she looked up at him. These few quiet moments were all they had anymore since she was now undercover and they seemed to never be enough.

"Let's feed you, you feel so thin in my arms, I'm afraid you aren't eating enough."

"I'm just wasting away without you here." She said with a smile. His look of displeasure however told her that there would be no arguing. "Fine." She said stepping back and crossing her arms. "Dinner with Director Coulson, then debriefing with Phil."

"I like the way you think Simmons."

Dinner was like every other dinner they had had on the bus. The steak was cooked just right and while the science talked confused him, it had been difficult to give the order for her to go make friends with the enemy. After they finished, Jemma cleared the table while Phil finished his beer. As soon as he was done he went to where she stood by the sink doing the dishes and wrapped his left arm around her waist while his right hand brushed her hair back from her neck giving him access to pull her sweater down and kiss her neck. Jemma leaned her head to the side giving him more access to the area he was no claiming.

"Sir…."

"Hush. It's just you and me now. No SHIELD, No Hydra; just us, Jemma and Phil." He said as he tipped her chin back in order to cover her mouth in a kiss. "It's time for your debriefing." He said as he reached past her to shut off the faucet, then he bent and picked her up bridal style and carried her to the bedroom. When they started this months ago, neither one ever figured it would go this far, it was hard to imagine, especially after how they had so haphazardly come together.

A/N: Hope you enjoy, just thought this would make a good pairing. More to come. Please review!
