I Won't Abandon You

A sick D'Void tries to be with his Null Guardians.

I don't own Ben 10 characters.

''I am here,'' D'Void said to two baby Null Guardians. He remained under a blanket as he winced. *I was sick for a long time* he thought.
D'Void observed three Null Guardians flying into his chamber. ''You're burying me near my citadel?'' D'Void began to smile at the babies.
''I won't abandon you.'' He closed his eyes and never woke up.

Several hours passed. D'Void's decaying corpse stirred. His arm stretched as he sat up. He heard the baby Null Guardians' cries. He got out of his grave at a snail's pace.

D'Void walked into his citadel and eventually found himself in his chamber. He observed the baby Null Guardians resting on his bed.
He approached the bed. D'Void wondered when their cries ceased.

The babies stirred at the same time.

D'Void lifted the infants and embraced them. He continued to stand by the bed. The Null Guardians were never released.

''I am here. I won't abandon you,'' D'Void said.
