*Completely AU but I found this on my hard drive and the internet was out so I figured id revise this since I've actually nearly finished Discord…Well I do have a ton to type for Discord but I've nearly completed it on paper so those should be coming along pretty soon too. I don't know how far I'll go with this and I actually don't have a clue as to what is going to happen in this story so should be a good read for me too. Let me know if anyone's got ideas for it. Also i can promise it wont be as slow as my updating Discord since that took like forver but updates will definately not be very fast for this*

"What are you?"

"Human. Probably."

"You look human," a quiet admission, "but something about you….it's off."

"I don't know what I am. I've awoke to forever with the knowledge of everything."

"You don't really make sense either."

"Humanity is what doesn't make sense."

"But you're human."

"Yes. Now I am. Probably."

"Now?"

"I wasn't always."

"Well…what were you?"

"An Eternal."

Humans, Seven knew little of their kind. Honestly she knew little of anything yet somehow she knew all of everything. She had no recollection of what she was before, just that it wasn't human. Nothing of her past was relevant now. For some unknown reason she had been altered into this new form, quiet unbecoming of a …..Well whatever she was to begin with she was sure it was better.

Somehow the human body seemed heavier. She could feel each muscle move with the stress she was exerting to simply stand. Muscles, ligaments, cartilage; this body needed far too much to simply work and she wasn't even touching the effort it put through simply to think or breathe. She found it all quiet inefficient. She faintly recalled having none of that before…perhaps because she wasn't in control of her own body or maybe she didn't have one. She could imagine herself a bodiless cloud of cognizance floating around the galaxies and assimilating new information from other lesser species. It did sound quiet fun when she thought about it. That must have been what she was before. It was more appealing without all the constraints she had now.

Even her mind was chaotic. Somehow she found herself with the knowledge of anything she wanted to think about, yet her own past or any form of memories about herself were missing. As if it had been deleted from her database, the knowledge was unsettling. She wondered who would have the answers she was searching for….the person…from before. She spoke to her, she must know something.

In her commandeered space craft Seven set a course for the delta quadrant and the federation star ship Voyager.
