Angel

Duo is pointing a gun at an opponent in the shadows. His face is grim and yet challenging. He faces Relena, as she steps out of the shadows. Relena approaches Duo, and takes the gun from him confidently. Duo remains impassive as Relena leans into say something in his ear. When Relena was fixing to speak, Duo shoves her away violently.
Relena went flying away from Duo, tumbling onto the floor, sending her skirt flying up. She lands hard on her right arm, breaking it. Wordlessly, she cradles her arm, shaking with pain, staring in disbelief at Duo.
Duo approaches Relena, and reclaims his gun. He once again aims it at Relena, with a hard expression. "'He' never wanted you," He states clearly, shattering Relena's hopes. "'He' never wanted you," Duo repeats. "The one he wants is...." Relena covers her ears, not able to handle Duo's statement, she beings to sob in loss, fear, and pain.
Relena beings to pray softly, knowing that only one of them will be leaving the room when the night ends. "Duo tell me..." Relena whispers. "He never wanted me? Even when he saved me?" Duo's mouth turns up slightly. "He only did that because protecting you was 'His' job," Duo replies. "I...I...I..." Relena is shocked and speechless.
Relena's face becomes composed, as she accepts reality. "I understand..." She tells him, looking Duo straight in the eyes. Relena stands up, wincing in pain from her broken arm, and she slowly begins to approach him.
Relena has reached Duo and leans into whisper something into his ear again. Duo, this time, dose not pushes her away. "Please..." Relena begged. "Relieve me of the pain and the scar on my heart.... For Odin will always be the one I lov..." Relena slumps in mid-sentence and drops, limp to the ground. Her baby blue dress, that Odin had gotten her, was stained with blood around her heart.
A few hours later
A tall male with short brown hair that was wearing a black suit. For some weird reason he decided he want to look to his left... When he saw a figure on the ground. At first he walked but soon he broke into a run.
When he got there he saw Relena. "Relena?" He whispered. He felt her body and it was ice cold. He knew that feeling well. Too damn well with war at that time. "So many people... Lost their life to that damned war! I just wish they would have left 'MY' Relena out of this!" He thought.
Another form came out of the shadows. "She asked me too," 'It' lied. He quickly whipped away the tears that were not shown to the killer. "Why?" He asked turning around and fire was vividly shown in his eyes. "Why did you kill 'MY' Angel?!" The killer threw down his gun. "Odin! She asked me to!" Odin didn't believe what his so-called-ex-friend had said! "I swear by the Moon and the Sun I 'WILL' kill you! And 'I', alone, will survive!" Odin threatened. Duo just smiled with satisfaction and said, "Good, I don't have a place on this Earth, anymore, that is." Odin took the gun and shot Duo in the heart. "Now …" Duo heaved, "We're even."
