In My Dreams
I am sleeping-
In the outside world and here.
I awaken in this world.
I sleep on the outside.
Each and every nerve is screaming for me to rise,
For they sense you near.
I open your door.
I catch myself smiling to see your shape beneath the comforter.
You walk into the room,
And softly to my side.
As if being pulled,
I come to you,
And my eyes cannot leave your beauty.
The pale moon enhances your peach skin,
And your mahogany hair.
It carries an intoxicating aroma.
You kiss my cheek.
My eyes open to meet your pearl ones.
Your eyes are set and focused-
Almost as if you were looking at my soul.
You say nothing, and I sit up-
You sit up, eyes on mine.
You never break the stare.
Your eyes hold a desire, a call to come forth-And I oblige.
You move to the other side of the bed and next to me.
I am under the covers.
My body screams, but is it right? My heart flutters. I wonder if you can hear it?
The moon watches, full, as you gaze at me.
My hand finds yours, your grasp like ice,
But so are mine.
Finally you grasp my hand.
Your touch is cold, but so is mine.
A wave of heat rolls off my body.
You sense it.
I detect a change in the temperature,
As if on its own, my hand
Holds you captive,
Your other hand holds the back of my head.
And we both know I cannot fight the burningDesire any longer.
Your eyes say they'll take what they want,
But gently.
Your eyes invite me.
My eyes say they'll give,
Gladly.
I move on top of you now-My robe cast aside.
You're on top of me now,
But I feel none of your weight.
My skin tightens and my heart now pounds.
Soon enough we are both unclothed,
But I am not ashamed.
Your lips taste sweet against mine.
Your skin is feverish.
Your skin burns, but so does mine.
You whisper 'I love you's' into my ear.
I repeat them.
Your 'I love you's' spew lust and passion-Not that I mind.
And I match the passion you have shown me.
I feel your seed in me now,
I belong to you.
You are covered in my smell,
You belong to me.
I finish, so do you.
We are each other's.
The moon is now fading,
Warning us the time will soon end.
Your hand explores my body,
Still drenched in sweat.
My hands trace your form,
Trying to remember your every outline.
Your eyes look sadly to the ever-lightening window
And back to me.
My eyes lock yours
Full of desire, and the sorrow of parting.
Your hands wipe the sweat from my browIn apology.
My eyes close in this world-
And open on the outside.
I awaken once more- on the outside,
Not our world.
I am alone, as usual,
But not really,
Because you are still there,
Waiting to make me feel beautiful.
I hate you truly not being here.
But in a way you're still with me.
I smile, and whisper your name.
"Neji."
I whisper your name.
"TenTen."
Always waiting
In my dreams.
I do not regret what we have done,
Even if it was only in my dreams.
