Tea and Sympathy
Tonks stared down at the steaming mug in her hands and didn't look up as Molly Weasley sat down opposite her. She thought talking to someone would make things better, but it only made her feel selfish. Molly had enough people to worry about and yet Tonks was still moping and pining and now burdening her with foolish heartache. And yet she couldn't help herself, couldn't put on a brave face if she tried.
She didn't want to see the pity etched on the older woman's face for a moment longer.
When Dumbledore and Harry arrived, she was glad for the excuse to leave.
