InuYasha trudged through the cold snow, dragging Kagome behind him. The cold was not affecting him in the least bit, but it was affecting Kagome. "InuYasha...?" She whispered. He looked back at the shivering figure behind him,"Eh? What's wrong with you? You can't take the cold or sumthin'?". He smirked. She glared, "SIT BOY!!!". His head hit the ground so fast that he couldn't sit on HER like he threatened last time she said it. "Oh, you are soooo going to pay for this....!" He growled.
She looked around for a cabin maybe or somthing to stay in. When they left the village it was cold, but they never expected there to be a blizzard. "InuYasha, let's go find a cabin or somthing warm to stay in." She said. She turned around to find him still with his face in the snow, he had already given up and decided not to get back up beacause she would probably just tell him to sit again. Despite what an ass he had been, she kneeled down, helped him up, and shook all the snow out of his hair. He decided to find a cabin, too.
They walked silently for twenty minutes more. He looked at the horizon it was almost night time. "Uh oh, I better get Kagome to a warmer place fast!" He said looking at her blue tinted skin. She looked like she was having trouble walking. She was very slow, too. InuYasha lifed her up onto his back as he ususally does when he carried her. He walked on for a little longer until he noticed a black figure not too far away. It was a small two-roomed cabin. "Oh, good..." He said. He kicked the door open and layed the uncouncious Kagome on the floor. There was a fireplace, wood, and some boxes in the cabin. InuYasha started to light a fire with a match out of Kagome's bookbag. He dug through it until he found a warm blanket in it. "Oh thank God," He said, "At least her clothes are dry."
He wrapped the blanket around Kagome and moved her closer to the fire. He sat ther for awhile staring at the fire. Somehow it remided him of Kikyo. "No," He told himself, "Kikyo is dead! Kagome is alive now. Forget about Kikyo!". Then as he said that, mist blew into the room creating a purple haze. Out of the haze Kikyo walked, & was bleeding all over. She reached out to him. Just then InuYasha woke up and realized he had been asleep. He looked over at Kogome, her lips were pink again and she was asleep. She was moved strangly, she was shaking and making whimpering sounds. "Huh? Is she havin' a bad dream or sumthin'?" He wondered.
Kagome was running through a dark forest with Miroku and Shippo behind her. She ran on until she slipped on the wet grass and grabbed onto a tree. She almost fell of a hill. "Be careful you guys it's a little slippery!" She yelled back at Miroku & Shippo, but Miroku and Shippo weren't behind her. She turned around to look for them, but slipped on the grass again, this time she couldn't grab the tree. She fell down the steep hill, & hit the ground with a "thud". She slowly got up & pulled a leaf out her hair, then she looked up & saw Kikyo in a tree with Shinidama Chuu floating by her side... She woke up screaming aloud. InuYasha grabbed her arm and covered her mouth. "Sssshh, Kagome stop screaming! A demon might hear you!" He said. She stopped and looked looked at him with a tear in her eye...
