Chapter 1:a less than fateful encounter

The storm raged on through the night; wind, rain and hail pounded cruelly over the two girls as they ran for cover, seeking even the slightest form of shelter from the storm

"look over there a cave"

"thank goodness hurry and get inside before we get drenched any further"

Inside the cave was dark and it smelled of wet moss and mould but it was dry and looked safe enough

"Amaya if you would please"

"sure thing sapphy"

A strong flame burst form the young wizards hand, instantly lighting and warming the cave. They found a pile of dried sticks and leaves and lit and lit that, creating a small fire to last all night

Sleep came easily to Amaya, who was younger and far more exhausted than poor sapphire who could only pace and look about nervously. What horrors lay ahead for them, would they ever be safe and finally would they ever find a home…

"Sapphy wake up, wake up were late you overslept!"

"Oh dear lord why didn't you wake me up "

Sapphire quickly packed everything away and rushed Amaya out into the dewy, cool morning

(time skip- ¾ hours)

They stood hidden in their surroundings Amaya played and laughed, chasing butterflies picking flowers and running about. Sapphire on the other hand stood silent and serious by the edge of the forest watching the dark gloomy building, eyes burned with hatred at the logo that haunted her nightmares, even to this day

"Amaya its time!" She call,

Amaya ran over to sapphire and scanned the building and its grounds that scarcely looked like a prison.

"Where are the guards" she asked

And sapphire looked at the sky remembering her vision from yesterday

"they're all preparing for new subjects their reviewing half-finished transfer subjects very soon"

"what do we do then, wait or attack now?"

"we wait, that way we can rescue the subjects as well as destroying the building"

Amaya nodded and sat down on the same soft moss, sapphire copied but she didn't stare intently at the building like Amaya, instead she meditated she'd need all her focus and a clear mind to get through this.

"Sapphire, sapphy! A trucks here , its heavily armoured and guarded it must be the subjects "

"Indeed we need to move now"

The ground seemed to shake as Amaya sneakily ran ran down , heading for the truck. Sapphire was in the sky on wing of black and red ready to swoop in and end this quickly.

"Burning wall!" and a huge wall of fire rose and shot straight for the head of the truck which was halfway in the main gate, the wall collided with a huge explosion that blased the back of the truck a good eight hundred meters away, sapphire saw this as her cue and swooped in and opened the back of the truck. Six scared faces greeted her

"quickly come with me if yu want to live!" the faces looked terrified as they scrambled out of the truck

"THE PRISONERS ARE OUT AND THERE RUNNING, GET THE SNIFFER DOG!"

a female guard nodded and blew a high pitched note from a silver whistle and soon after the hellish barks of dogs echoed from inside the prison grounds

"Amaya get these lot out of here I'll deal with the low down dogs… and the puppies too"

Amaya nodded and rushed the subjects the subjects into the safety of the woods, and sapphire knew that Amaya would take them to the cave

"now all of you are about to receive a powerful lesson in the karma!"

Sapphire opened her eyes, they had turned red and cat like and as the rest of her body transformed and cast shadow over the guards and dogs all faces turned from angry to petrified
