Hi everyone!

So with the popularity of my poetry stories: 'Poetry from the other side of the Stargate', and 'I have a thousand reasons to die, and millions of tears to cry', I decided to make an actual place to post all of my sanctuary poetry.

In this chapter I have two poems for you:

The first is from Ashley's POV when the Cabal took her.

The second (Which is twice as long) is from Helen's POV. It goes off of the idea that I explored in 'Let me win, But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt' which was basically 800 years in the future, a now dying Helen reflects back on her life with her husband Nikola and their daughter Emma. You don't need to need to read that story to understand the poem.

Hope you all enjoy.

New team
It feels like a dream
Better send a prayer
Cause it's turning into a nightmare
Back away one step at a time
Or you'll be their partner in crime
For the rest of your lonely lifetime

Repressed
You can say I've been blessed
That it's been so long
I don't recall it's song
In this age so cold
And me so old
I'm glad my story remained untold

Before I go
I want you to know
That you are the love of my life
And I'm so glad that I became your wife
I thought I would spend eternity by your side
With a smile so wide
But now I'm about to die and I'm terrified
