A/N: This is just a drabble of how I think Korra giving the wolfbat's bending back might have gone down. Pointless fluff. Also, the creators of LoK specifically said in one interview that Korra gave everyone their bending back except some particularly bad members of the triads.
It was fairly late and the majority of people were shuffling out of Narook's Seaweed Noodlery. There was one table still occupied in the back of the restaurant. The former pro-bending champions, the White Falls Wolfbats, sat eating in near silence. It was around two weeks ago that their bending had been taken away at the pro-bending championship tournament. The fangirls who normally came to sit with them and flirt were gone and the usual air of smugness was replaced with a somber atmosphere.
The group was getting ready to leave when Korra came running in.
"Hey pretty-boy I've been looking everywhere for you," she told him once she caught her breath.
Tahno smirked slightly with as much enthusiasm as he could muster, "Well here I am Uh-vatar."
She smiled at them, "You'll never believe what happened at the South Pole!"
Tahno raised one eyebrow in question.
"I learned how to give people their bending back," she told him enjoying the reactions of the wolfbats.
Tahno scowled, "Don't joke about that Uh-vatar."
"I'm not joking, I'm here to give you guys back your bending," she told him.
Tahno looked at her skeptically.
"Here, get on your knees," she told him.
Tahno decided for once not to comment on that and did what Korra said. She put one hand on his shoulder and the other on his forehead. She went into the avatar state and her eyes began to glow as well as the places that she was touching Tahno.
He opened his eyes again unaware that he had closed them in the first place before standing back up. He saw a glass of water on the table and tried bending it. When it worked he gathered the avatar into a hug.
"Thank you," he said.
Korra smiled at him, "Hey you may have been a cheating jerk but you definitely didn't deserve getting your bending taken away."
He grimaced at the mention of that, "Yeah, sorry about that, maybe now that we can bend again we can have a rematch."
Korra declined and shortly after restoring Ming and Shaozu's bending she left.
"Tahno are you alright?" Ming asked.
"I think I'm in love with the Uh-vatar."
A/N: Not really shipping, Tahno's just happy to get his bending back. (Unless you want to read it like that.) I really love Tahno and I hope that we'll see at least a little of him in season 3. I can hope, I mean remember June from the original series, minor villain in the first season and comes back to help the avatar in the third. It could happen.
