Hello everyone! Gosh, I'm sorry I haven't been working on my other story... I broke my computer and I lost everything! Also, I was thinking of getting a proofreader person of sorts, just to make sure I have a good story and all, so I am looking. Comment if you are interested!
Luna sighed. She hated going to the gala. Though, her elder sister made her go, she did not enjoy herself. Not at all.
"Princess Luna!"
She turned around. She saw Twilight walking up to her.
"Hello, Twilight Sparkle." Luna said, smiling.
Twilight looked at the necklace that Luna was wearing. "What an interesting necklace. A purple sun?"
"Yes," Luna said, thinking. "It is."
"Have you seen Princess Celestia?" Twilight asked.
Luna looked up at the thrones, where her sister sat. "Right over there, though she is quite-"
"Thanks!" Twilight exclaimed and ran over to her mentor.
"Busy..." Luna finished quietly. She sighed again. Since she was once Nightmare Moon, no one seems to want to talk to her.
Except Celestia...
She looked up at her sister. When she had returned, her sister was the only one who loved her. The only one who missed her. She looked down at her necklace again, smiling at the memory.
"Luna!" Celestia exclaimed. "I have missed you so much!"
Right after Twilight and her friends left after stopping Nightmare Moon, Celestia ran to hug her sister.
"I've missed you too, sister!"
Celestia smiled and pulled out a necklace.
Luna didn't notice what was in Celestia's magical grasp.
"Do you think they will ever forgive me?" Luna said, looking out over Canterlot, a tear in her eye.
"My dear sister. I have forgiven you. Many many years ago in fact. Someday, I know they will." Celestia placed the necklace on Luna's neck.
"What is this?" Luna asked, her eyes widening.
"This is my gift to you. The necklace is-"
"A golden moon?"
"Why, yes." Celestia smiled. "And it symbolizes that I will always be there for you. The golden color symbolizes that the light will always love you."
Luna smiled at the elder. "Thank you!"
"I will always love you, my moon."
As the memory ended, Luna pulled out a necklace from her wing. She trotted up to Celestia, concealing the necklace.
"Oh, Luna! Enjoying yourself?" Celestia said, winking, though she looked exhausted, and bored. Twilight smiled and slowly left.
"I should give you some time to talk."
Luna nodded at Twilight.
"What's wrong, Luna?"
"Sister, I feel like you need some encouragement," Luna said, stalling.
"Whatever do you mean, Luna?"
Luna smiled. "I just want you to know that you will always be loved, sister."
Celestia gasped as the necklace was put around her neck.
"What is this?"
"A symbol of my love for you."
Celestia smiled and looked at the small pendant.
"A moon." Celestia whispered. She remembered that night as well.
Luna smiled up at her.
"Thank you, Luna! I shall never take it off!" Celestia said, hugging her little sister.
Luna hugged her back.
"Now, how about some hide and seek in the Canterlot gardens?" Celestia said, with a playful look in her eye.
"In the middle of the gala?"
"They won't notice, they will just assume I'm working." Celestia said.
They raced to the gardens.
Meanwhile, a certain draconequus was watching.
"How about some cotton candy?"
