Summary: Focuses on Gin's idea of 'discipline'. (Maybe it is a bit too vague. :\ ) Also my first attempt at drabble.

Ichimaru Gin liked to think that he kept his Fukutaichou well disciplined.
Kira Izuru thought that since he had become the vice-captain of the third squad he had become less disciplined.
'Na, Izuru, you're being disobedient.' Could be heard from the Sanban Tai office when the blond Fukutaichou had forgotten to file his paper work or perhaps forgot to run an errand.
Gin was not a strict Taichou and Izuru wasn't particularly a bad Fukutaichou, in fact the complete opposite.
So when their ecstasy stained the large maple desk, they often wondered why it had come to this at all.
