Hello everyone. So I've had this done for a long while ever since the episode first came out and forgot about it until today. This is my first POSTED ncis story but not my first written one. Anyways, I hope you all like it.

Changed

"Don't you know by now that I only have eyes for you? Just because I talk about the other women doesn't mean I care. That all began to change years ago when you came. You changed me, Ziva, you are the only woman I think about. You're the only one I care about. He continues walking up to her putting his Hand on her cheek finally allowing himself to be completely vulnerable with her. You, Ziva David, are the only one I want to be with. "

He whispered, his face mere inches away from hers. He could hear her breath hitch and softly captured her lips with his own in a manner of near desperation.

Ziva felt her heart flutter at his light touch and caress of his lips. The background sound of the opera filled her eyes and as Tony pulled back he rested his forehead on hers and she smiled. According to him the opera was one of the top three romantic spots and now here she was, dressed up, sharing a moment with him in her makeshift opera.

"You know I think going to the opera as a first date is moving a little too fast for me. The opera is one of the big three after all. "

Tony chuckled against her forehead and smiled as she kissed him back just as sweetly and softly.

"How about I take you out for coffee, tonight, after dinner. "

Ziva smiled and said, "You may want to call Gibbs and tell him you'll be late too."

Tony smirked and said with playful mischievous smile, "Going for a homerun already David. I knew you were an over achiever but I'm not that easy."

Ziva rolled her eyes and hit his arm and muttered something in Hebrew Tony didnt understand and quirked an eyebrow.

"You never know when to shut up do you."

Tony smiled and pressed his lips again to Ziva who eagerly returned his kiss.

"I have to pick up the rolls for dinner, Gibbs is expecting me in half an hour. And you in roughly an hour. I'll see you when your opera date with Thalia is over."

Ziva smiled and whispered thank you to which Tony nodded in reply. He grabbed his pack and slung it over the overcoat to his new suit and walked to the elevator glancing back to his partner who sat down and increased the volume to the soundtrack of the opera and closed her eyes with a smile knowing that Thalia was beside her and the man she had cared for on deeper level for years had finally gotten the courage to stop dancing around the corners and tell her he liked her. It was obvious from Gibbs' response earlier that he knew Tony liked her. So even though the opera had been sold out she knew that this was far better and more meaningful than having tickets for the opera.

"Happy Birthday and Happy Thanksgiving Thalia." She said just above an audible whisper.

So guys? Do you like it enough to leave a review?
