Prologue

They never made it to the wedding.

All that planning for nothing.

One fatal mission ended their dreams, their hopes, their future, and one of their lives. The dreams and hopes ripped into shreds.

They were perfect. The perfect couple.

All their dreams, his life, her future destroyed. In one clip of bullets.

They've dodged death so many times. Was at the gates of death, only to be yanked back by the other.

Their will to live strong, but in the end not strong enough. His luck not strong enough to withhold him from the gates any longer.

Now she is left alone in her dangerous world with his child.

Will they survive to tell the horrible tale?

She has friends and family to support her, but one is in a coma and another is moving away.

Left in the world with no one but herself and her unborn baby. The last thing that is connected to her love. The last and the only. His blood runs through the unborn prophecy child's veins.

He must now be put into the ground. He must be buried.

She does not want him to leave. Leave for the gates of death and go through them without her. She does not want to be left in the world alone.

Without him she is incomplete, a part missing, empty, cold.

Wanting to go join her love.

But she will be strong for her child, his child, no their child.

She will be strong and live on for Vaughn's child as he would have wanted.

The journey has only begun. She WILL find Vaughn's killer. He WILL PAY!

This is what Sydney swore to do even if it costs her, her life.

SLOANE WILL PAY!

eViL cHoCoBo GoDdEsS- they actually didn't get married yet. It was just that Sydney and Nadia were planning the weddings. I love how you describe Sloane, all I have to say You Go! I'll try to add more Jack and Marshall in it. I can't promise anything though.

Okay, well this chapter is just a prologue so don't look into it a lot. I'm kind of having a writer's block so I'll update as soon as I can.
