When he heard a branch snapping, he snapped his head back, startled, thinking it may have been another of his kind or even the dreaded Beamish Boy, but he soon calmed. She was middle aged, roughly the same age as the lavender one, maybe a touch older, with a jagged, jarring scar running width wise across her shorter muzzle which seemed to have aged her more./p
