Daphne spends forever running from her parents and their crushing opinions and judging stares; Astoria's clipped angel wings and deceiving smile, and naturally, Blaise follows.

Blaise swears that he'll follow her wherever she may go: he'd swim across oceans, tear through the wilds, run around labyrinths of skyscrapers just to be with her and so, she nods and takes his hands in his and they run together, they flee from everyone who thought that they would never be anything more than ordinary and they whisper into the night that they'll never, ever stop.

They both know that they can't run forever and that one day, their hearts will cease to beat but, maybe, being by one another's side will be worth it in the end, and, so they soldier on, they continue through the night and they swear that they'll touch every corner of the world, one day.

They lie between their sheets and they tell each other where they'll journey to next and prove to everyone who ever dared to defy them that they are more than just their surnames.

They start to carve their story on to the plains of the world, they begin to ink their story in and they swear that they're not going to stop until it has left its mark on the core of the world – they paint the tale of two lost souls, who found each other and decided to run.

And, in the ages to come, archaeologists will dig under the ground and slowly, they will uncover their story, which has been sculpted across rocks and the waves, but they will never be able to keep up with the trails they have left across the globe.

Because, at the end of the day, they are Daphne and Blaise Zabini and they would run forever, just to be by each other's sides.
