A/N: So, more than a year ago, Wolfpyre and I wrote several chapters of a new story, True Mutant. Recently, I have been editing that story and Wolfpyre has been posting it on her page. It is a story set in her "True Verse," and it's a bit different style than some of my stories. I wanted to post this here to let people who were interested know to go check it out. For those who are wondering...I have been working on my other unfinished stories...thanks for your patience.

True Mutant: A Prologue

Rhianna did her best to relax into the comfortable old armchair despite her many aches and pains. She was tired, so very tired. Being over one hundred years old, the telepath supposed this was to be expected. Of course dealing with True was enough to make a young person tired. Despite herself she couldn't help but smile when she thought of her cousin. A sigh escaped her lips and she picked up her tea to take a drink of the hot herbal infusion as she considered the eternal ten-year-old. True was headed down a dark path, something confirmed by Rhianna's dreams of late, though one did not need dreams to know that True was completely out of control. It was time. Past time really, but she'd had to wait for everything to fall into place, for all of the players to be ready. Tomorrow then. A tear coursed down the telepath's wrinkled cheek as she quietly bid goodbye to the old and tried to embrace what she knew was the right path.

Please read Wolfpyre's True Mutant if you want to see more of this!
