Their lips met in wild passion, the hearts pounded together, and the darkness enveloped them like a loving blanket—a complete and utter excuse to let themselves go.
The hero wasn't like the villain, nor was the villain like the hero. The hero was just a friend. He didn't feel this way for her like this hedgehog did.
The bed sheets were tangled in their lust as clothes went flying, and unseen in the dark. Out of sight, out of mind.
Tongues collide, and they let their desires and burning passion overwhelm them. It was time.
They didn't talk. Neither would listen. This was wrong, and she knew it. They needed each other, though, despite how complicated it was.
Green eyes met ice blue ones in the darkness. The heat caused an explosion of emotion, and they read the secret words engraved on each other's hearts by looking into the orbs—the key to the soul.
They collapsed entirely, and only the sounds of rough breathing, and slowing feminine breaths filled the room.
Their want for each other would always be in the dark. No one could know. It's best anyway though; love like theirs is better in the dark.
