I earthbended my last opponent out of the ring, and rose my hands up in victory

"Wooo!, two elements down two to go!"

"Korra who said you passed your earthbending test?" One of the white sentries asked.

"Well you said if I beat all of my opponents than I would pass, which is exactly what I did."

They all looked skeptically at me, and I gave them my winning smile. They all continued to glare at me so I looked towards my earthbending teacher and Katara for approval. Katara nodded her head and my earthbending teacher spoke,

"She did exactly as we asked, so we have to pass her. She did very well, with all the correct forms and everything."

The white sentries didn't look convinced but nodded their heads, and I rose my fists in the air again. I ran out of the training arena and to the stable. I found my best friend Naga, and came in to pet her. I told her everything. I turned around the head back, and was surprised to find Katara standing there.

"You did very well on your earthbending today Korra."

"Thank you Master Katara."

"Now how about you come on over, so I can make you one of my favorite meals. Think of it as a celebration. You deserve it."

I nodded to her, and followed her out and towards her home. When I go inside she insisted I sit down while she cooks. I did as was told and when she told me it was going to be another thirty minutes, I stood up and turned on the radio. The ending of a pro-bending match was on, and I listened with interest. Katara came out with a steaming cauldron of stew right at the end of the broadcast, and set it down on the table. She waterbended some into my bowl and nodded for me to start eating. I took one full bite, and gagged.

"Ohhh…what is this?"

"Why it's a southern dish meant for special occasions. It's Sea Prunes."

"It's nasty."

Katara whispered something unaudible.

"What was that?"

"I said, 'Maybe it's just an Avatar thing to not like Sea Prunes."

"Why do you say that?"

"Well my husband Avatar Aang never liked them either."
