Chapter 1: Choices
Declan's P.O.V
I peered at her and smiled, "I'll stay, I promise."
I admired her smile as she leaned her head against my shoulder.
"Good," I stroked her hair and sighed, "I missed you."
"I missed you too." I whispered hesitantly.
Abruptly something vibrated, and I realized it was a phone when she sat up and answered it.
"Hello? Oh Sav," She whispered awkwardly, for she knew I didn't want him mentioned.
"Look, I can't talk right now. I'll call you back later." She slowly shut her phone and peered back at me with a worried look.
"Holly J," I nervously asked, "did you even tell him yet?"
With a slight shook of the head she replied, "I haven't had the chance. I don't know how to tell him." She bit her lip bothersome and began, "Declan, I love you, but I still have feelings for Sav. I don't want him to hate me.. but I want us to be friends." I gazed as a single tear glided down her face.
"Please don't cry HJ. It'll all work out for the best, I promise. You'll always have me." I kissed her cheek, and looked over at the door, as Fiona pranced in. She flung her bag onto the counter, and skipped over to us.
"How's my favorite brother and almost sister-in-law?" She joyfully asked. Holly J gazed at me, and stood up.
"I have to go. Bye Declan, Fiona." She hurried out of the apartment, and I glared at Fiona. "Thanks." I said sarcastically. "Sorry.. I'm just happy you two are back together." She pouted, and I slowly walked into my room.
