A leader in the fallen

you saw us fall.
You had to stand tall.
You would avenge
for the fallen
I had to fight
long and hard
for the light
to beat the dark.
Then I saw you
as triumph as could be.
Then I understood.
I understood a leader
should guide us
with a powerful hand.
I would follow
you to no end.
I shall follow
no other, but you.
You will live up
to your legacy.
Others will come
and follow you through.
We haven't lost yet
but we need to
move west
to get some help
even if you disapprove.
You saw nightmares
in reality
and now the nightmares
seep into your mind.
All you could think
of was to
avenge your family's legacy.
A leader should
be brave and fearless.
You know how to
face your demons.
You showed yourself to
be a worthy leader.

to where ever.
