-warning: must have prior knowlege of the new spider-man comics books and most other spider-man stories to fully enjoy this fan continuation/fan-fic;- peter parker in doc ocks body go's to hell to pay for doc's sins peter explains he is not actually doc ock and after a little bit of dodgeing, wisecracks and persausion peter get's ol' diablo to realize he's strikes a deal with the devil again(;SEE BRAND NEW DAY/ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN CONTINUINTY) in which peter get's reborn as
doc ock in spider-man/peter's body and mary jane's soon to be born
son, peter reily part of the deal reborn peter has all of the memory's of himself PLUS the memories of dock ock(the deal was that reborn peter has to kill off doc ock once and for all and once he does that reborn peter will have his life deal is also that god switches their brains and kill's doc ock in reborn peter's body.)and since peter
is basicly his own son(as far as everyone BUT him is concerned anyway)
he has his spider power's as on doc ock/spider-man will tell reborn peter that he never want's to see him out being a vigilante and that it's too dangerous. that it's "a grownup thing".
however when reborn peter finds a spare horizon lab's costume prototype and webshooter's in a secret portion of doc/spidey's on reborn peter(declaring himself Spider-youth) go's out to save a young woman from being mugged and raped on the street and instead find's a badly damaged Toxin(ultimate's universe)and Toxin attack's assuming reborn peter is another evil spider-man and having no other choice killed Toxin or so he thought a part of Toxin branched
off but this part of Toxin realized who it was and like his evil counterparts, attached to the spidey suit.
