Knock, knock, knock.

"Honey, would you get that?" Hermione called out, fastening an earring on her left earlobe.

"Coming, coming," Harry called out, walking towards the door.

Patting her hair once more, Hermione started towards the door but not before she heard Lavender's girlish giggle. Squaring her shoulders and shaking her head slightly, Hermione walked to greet her guests.

Rounding the corner, she laid eyes on Ron and Lavender practically hanging on each other.

Coughing slightly, Hermione turned her eyes to Harry and pointed towards the kitchen with a head nod.

"Something wrong?" Harry asked, fiddling with an apple.

"I really don't want to have to go out with them again. Could you just say I don't want to go?" Hermione asked.

Looking at Hermione with a knowing look, Harry asked, "Why do I always have to tell them?"

Coming around the island, Hermione placed her hands on Harry's chest, lightly drawing circles on his shirt. Murmuring in his ear, "If you play bad boy now, you can get a reward later."

Clearing his throat and readjusting his glasses, Harry hurried out into the hall.

"Sorry you two but Hermione and I just aren't feeling like going out," Harry told Ron and Lavender.

"Well maybe some other time," Ron replied, walking out the door.

"You coming, Harry?" Hermione asked.

Grinning, Harry started towards the bedroom for what he hoped would be a very nice night.
