A small poem after the end of Ghost Hunt Manga.
I remember that after Mai confessed, Naru didn't REALLY turned her down. And at the last part where Naru was leaving, he gave Mai a picture of Him and Gene with a Hanky. It was sweet!
Thus, I offer this Poem for Mai to Naru-chan...
To the young lad who never smiles
Through the pool of people, you stand out
Not of luminosity but of darkness nobody cared about;
There, you struck in me an unshakeable curiosity
From thoughts of you, my mind can't seem to break free.
You stood in a manner so firm yet so gentle
And spoke with words so clear yet subtle.
Your eyes shone in waterless tears
In agony kept uncomforted through the years.
You shout in voiceless screams
Of broken hopes and impossible dreams.
Your heart keeps beating for lifeless existence
In your own world you have built through pretence.
In you, I see something so strong yet so fragile
Something so saintly, yet so vile
Something so unspeakable yet sincere
Something that makes me want to hold you dear.
Yes, I have fallen in love with your beautiful pain
Your beautiful lie and your beautiful name;
I doubt if you could still call me sane
But after meeting you, my life will never be the same.
I may never see you anymore,
But in my life, you have opened a new door
And I hope I triggered a new feeling in your heart of steel
That was once unable to feel.
Hehehe, how'd u like that...

Disclaimer: I don't own Ghost Hunt, or this Poem. I got it from a Co-Gazette member in our school, so I thought of posting it here.
Congratz to THAT person, the poem really touched Mai's heart and some of my Classmates.
