OUT FOR THE DAY
It was a bright and sunny day and every jellicle was out and about. Whale Alonzo and Munkustrap went out on patral Merilwen went to visit Demeter and her sister. saddly they we're no where to be found so she went for a walk. Her path led her out of the junk yard and down town. Boy was this a good and peaceful day she took a deep breth and relaxed nothing could go wrong on this day. " Maybe I should go down to the harbor and see if there's any fish ,...or I could go to the park and hunt some mice or a brid..." As she walked down the sidewalk day dreaming. Merilwen didn't noticed the cat comming out from one of the town house windows bag in hand.
" Hey!" called a voice from above her,she looked up and saw the orange tabby. "Hey Teazer, how you doing?" ''Good just got me a big bag full!" she said jumping down in front of Merilwen. "uh,bag of what?" Teazer held up her bag and shook it this, stuuf i just hised from that house there" she said pointing to the house next to them. " what, you just stole that stuff?'' "Yep!" Then Teazer went into full detail telling Merilwen all about the house.
" Interesting ,I've just been walking around enjoying the day. Hey I was just about to go get something to eat care to jion me?" " shore love to " So the two started off to a resterunt down the street that Rumpateazter said throughs out good food all the they where half way there Teazer stoped. Merilwen stoped woundering what her friend was looking at. She looked to Teazer then where she was looking. A big beutiful house wit an opened window had caught the tabby's eye."your not-" But before she could finsh Teazer bounded over to the house."Just give me a sec, I want to check this out." Teazer the cars are here there home!" Merilwen warned. But fell on deth ears as Teazer jumped in. Merilwen pasted back and forth waiting for Teazer to come back out.
All was quite then ~BANG!~ and a long stream of yelling and cursing. And out the window came Teazer yelling out "RUN GRIL, RUN!" And with that Merilwen darted full speed as Teazer cought up a big smile on her face and an angery human running after them. " Why are you so happy?" "An't this exsighting?" " No!," But really Merilwen was haveing fun, but she'll never tell her that. After the human stoped chasing them they made there way to the resturant. There they ate and talked. And had a graet time. They spent the rest of the day to gether just have a blast. The made there way back to the junkyard by sun set. "Well today was grate, we should do it agen sometime." " Yah we should." Teazer went through her bag and pulled out a glod and dimond bracelet and gave it to Merilwen." Whats this for?'' " For putting up with me and being a good friend." " Thanks, there's Alonzo I got to go , talk to ya later." " K see ya" They waved good by and off they went. Later that night Merilwen was looking at her self in a peace off boken mirrior. Alonzo came up behind her. " You look nice." "Thanks" " Where did you get that" He said pionting at her new necklace. " Like it Teazer gave to me" "what?" " Well I went for a walk we bumped into each other and hung out for the day." "Oh." Then she quickly added " She gave it to me cause I was A look out for her whale she rubed a house." she gave him a quick kiss and walked away. Alonzo snaped out of his shock "What!?" He called out follwing after her demanding to know more, but she just giggled and ran off with him running behind her.
