A poem inspired by Victor Hugo's Novel, Notre Dame de Paris, for the forlorn Bell ringer of Notre Dame, Quasimodo.
My heart full of woe
Will she turn away
How my face disturbs them so
Will she ever look back?
My spine twisted and wrecked
As my sight sees naught but black
Marie sings for them
Break of dawn
Hear her ring
Will my light come back again?
